Problem
Notes, briefs, and model summaries scatter. A confident sentence without a source is worse than no sentence. I want a board where every finding can be opened back to wording that actually exists.
Role
Independent product: I am designing and building it. There is no client, no team title, and no usage metric to report yet.
Decisions
First scene is fixed: three documents, one MVP question. Text and Markdown only. A sample pack that works with the network off. Keyword search or direct context before any vector database. One model, one flow, if generation is added later. Citations may only point at spans that exist.
Implementation
Planned: React / TypeScript for the board, FastAPI for parse and structured output. This website does not wait for that stack. The sample above runs in the browser so a visitor can click a finding, edit it, undo, and export.
Validation
Not run. A later slice should measure whether a click lands on the right span, whether a finding is actually supported, and how the board fails on missing or conflicting notes. Those numbers will not appear here until they exist.
Limits
No live generation, no accounts, no PDF, no saved user documents. The quotes on this page are written for the interface. They are not interviews and not a customer result.
